Ginger 1 Tsp
Garlic 1 Tsp
Onion (Medium) 1
Tomato (Medium) 1
Boiled Chickpeas ½ kg
Turmeric (Haldi) ½ tsp
Salt as Required
Red Chili Flakes ½ Tsp
Chaat Masala ½ Tsp
Roasted & Crushed Cumin 1 tsp
Roasted & Crushed Coriander 1 Tsp
Black Salt ¼ Tsp
Amm Choor Mongo Powder 1 Tsp
Red Chili Powder ½ Tsp
Garam Masala ½ Tsp
Water as required
Soji ka Halwa
Soji 1 Cup
Ghee 6 Tbsp
Cardamom 4-5
Sugar 1 Cup
Water 1 ½ Cup
Yellow food color Pinch
Puri
White flour 500 grams
Salt Pinch
Ghee 2 Tbsp
Water As required

Method of Halwa Puri Recipe
Chanay
- Put a pan on medium heat
- Add oil and onions, make onions brown,
- Add tomato abd ginger, garlic main mix well.
- Gently add water to cook tomatoes well.
- Now add boiled chickpeas, add half cup of water and put a lid for 10 to 15 min until chickpeas are soft.
- Now Add Turmeric (Haldi), Salt, Red Chili Flakes, Chaat Masala, Roasted & Crushed Cumin, Roasted & Crushed Coriander, Black Salt, Amm Choor Mongo Powder, Red Chili Powder, Garam Masala and mix well
- Gently add water to cook all spices mix it around 15 mins.
- Now add 1 and a half cup of water and cook for 5 mins on high flame
- Its ready allhumdullillah.
